This software, developed in partnership with various blade manufactures, is a turnkey solution for the analog scanning of blade sections.  PC-DMIS Blade has a simple to use GUI, that lets customers quickly identify parts, select the sections to measure and initiate scanning sequences. Setting up to scan a different blade type is a simple matter of entering a new set of parameters.  No additional CMM programming is necessary.

PC-DMIS EDM Preset and Measure is both a software performing presetting tasks easily and safely, and a software accomplishing accurate and thorough quality controls on electrodes and workpieces. When installed on a GLOBAL Silver coordinate measuring machine from Hexagon Metrology, PC-DMIS EDM Preset and Measure provides an extremely accurate CNC workstation for quality control, suitable for any workcell, regardless of its level of automation.

PC-DMIS Gear makes gear measurement easy.  The job of measuring gears on a CMM has always been a daunting one.  Deciding how best to inspect them and then interpret the results has long been the province of experts.  Just figuring out how to orient them properly requires a fair bit of expertise.  PC-DMIS Gear eliminates these complexities and makes it possible for non-experts to begin measuring gears quickly and productively.

PC-DMIS IP links design and inspection.   Inspection Planner consists of two parts, IP Planner, either a CAD resident or standalone module, and IP measure, a PC-DMIS resident module.  Using them in concert, customers can build design intent into their CAD models and the let any of the PC-DMIS inspection software packages (CMM, Vision, NC, etc.) automatically convert them into inspection programs.  PC-DMIS Inspection Planner eliminates the gulf between CAD and inspection.

QUINDOS is the most powerful analysis tool for many types of coordinate measuring devices and differing applications, mainly in power plant, automotive, aircraft and machine tool powertrain industries. Single Touch Interface™ (STI+) makes it easy to add custom front ends to PC-DMIS.  STI+ allows non-CMM experts to set up and run inspection programs with minimal training, and specifically targets organizations where machine operators and other shop floor staff need to check their work but don’t have time to become CMM experts.

SPC-Light is a statistic analysis package developed in cooperation with Lighthouse Systems Ltd. SPC-Light suits any size company. SPC-Light can be used both by a single workstation data collection facility and by usergroups for large scale collection of data from several steps of the process. SPC-Light was the first Windows-based statistical software package.

The I++ Simulator option is a stand-alone software package for the simulation of the complete measuring process. Realistic and comprehensive collision monitoring can only be carried out by visualising the complete process (machine, sensor, tool changers, tools, fixture and part).
